FAQ
How do your family sessions work and how many images will I get?
After you book your family session, we will go over details like locations and outfit inspiration! During the session, I will use fun prompts to help your family engage with each other naturally and some posing too! It will not be your average, cut and dry "Say Cheese" photo shoot! The session can take up to an hour long and you will receive an online gallery to view your images as soon as they are done! My family sessions include 50 fully edited photos of your choice and additional photos can be purchased for $10 per image.
Do you offer mini sessions?
I currently do not offer mini sessions unless it is a temporary special which you will know about on my website or social media accounts. I like to give each of my clients and their families a high quality experience and make sure that we do everything that we want to do for our session to achieve the best result. Mini sessions can feel rushed and stressed when there is a strict time limit, especially with little ones.
How do you photograph weddings and how many images will I get?
On your wedding day I will arrive early to document everyone getting ready and I stay until the main events of the reception are over and I check in with you! I love helping make the day special and capturing every little detail that made it so! I guide your family and wedding party and come loaded with fun ways to prompt you and your loved ones into creating natural looking and gorgeous images that everyone will fall in love with! I am able to direct the photo taking part of the day without being too "bossy" and love to keep the fun going while also making sure everyone looks their absolute best!
You and your new spouse will receive a full resolution digital copy of your edited final images that will be in the range of 500-1000 images. A print release will be given for the bride and groom's personal use as well! I choose the best of the best images from each moment or pose and edit them to perfection! An online gallery will be provided so that friends and family can create and order the highest of quality prints and other unique photo products for themselves or as a gift to the newly wedded couple!
How can I prepare for my boudoir session and will you show me what to do?
You can prepare for your boudoir session by choosing at least 3-5 pieces of lingerie or clothing that you have tried on and love!
Avoid using self tanner before your session because it can result in uneven skin tone and is usually too orange. My editing style creates beautiful skin tones on every color of skin!
I will guide you into every pose from head to toe! I have hundreds of hours in experience and education on posing bodies and will pose you into flattering and gorgeous poses that make you look your best! One thing that you can do is practice your facial expressions in the mirror!
I will communicate with you before the session to talk about ideas and the vibe we are going for!

I can absolutely help! I offer branding sessions for small businesses of ALL kinds! Getting professional creative photos done of your products and store can make a huge impact on your business! People want to see what you have to offer and see the person behind the business! We can create months worth of social media content for you to share with your customers in just one hour!
Do you offer payment plans?
I do! I offer a variety of payment options and payment plans to fit every budget!
How does birth photography work and will you take video?
When I am hired for a birth, I am on call from 39 weeks until you deliver. We would keep in contact and you would keep me updated on any signs of labor. If you go into labor early, I will do everything in my power to make it to the birth! From 39 weeks on, I will not leave town and be available by phone 24/7 waiting for the call!
I take a combination of video clips and photos during your labor and birth of your baby to create a beautiful story telling video for you to cherish. We will have a pre-birth consultation and talk about your preferences and desires for the result of your birth photography.
I record video when the baby is coming out and video clips through out the entire process and collect high quality stills from those videos!
I love birth photography because it helps us remember all of the little details that we might otherwise have forgotten!
Currently most hospitals are not allowing birth photographers to attend births at this time due to COVID-19 but you should always talk with your doctor and express your desire in case their policies change! I am currently still available for home births and birth centers that allow a birth photographer to be present.
Do you offer milestone sessions for my baby's first year of life?
Yes! We can schedule photo sessions to document all of the adorable ways your baby will grow and change over their first year of life! The best time to schedule photo sessions is for when the baby is
0-1 month old
4 months old or holding head up while on tummy
7 months old or sitting up on their own
9.5 months old or able to stand up with assistance
and 1 year old!
I also offer 12 mini photo sessions that take place once a month around the same time each month which is an amazing way of preserving every precious detail of your growing baby!
We will use different locations or themes for each photo session and grandparents and siblings are encouraged to attend some of the photo sessions as well!
